Actually the Socuéllamos-864 tx is a pure relay of RNE-1 Castilla-La Mancha,
so
you must send your report to Toledo (the regional HQ), or to RNE-Ciudad Real
(maybe
they are operating this tx directly). The Monforte-972 is the same but in
Galicia, so you must 
write to La Coruña, or RNE-Lugo.
