EDITORIAL MANAGEMENT

The editorial team is:  Bob Padula, Mick Ogrizek, Craig Tyson, and Matt
Francis, all from Australia!  Additional expert editorial support will be
provided by monitors located in Asia and the Far East.

PURPOSE

This new Guide is intended to be an expert single-volume timely reference
of immediate application to anyone with an interest in shortwave
broadcasting. It will appeal to monitoring hobbyists needing accurate and
up-to-date information, to frequency planners, to professional monitoring
organizations, to media producers, and to folk who are interested in
learning about the impact of shortwave broadcasting from the region in the
closing months of the millennium. It brings together a a vast amount of
information unavailable in this format anywhere else.

PRICE 

   - To Australian addresses: ten Australian dollars (A$10)

   - To other countries (via economy air):  ten US dollars (US$10), or 8
International Reply Coupons.

The price covers charges for editorial research, promotion, printing,
packaging and mailing, and is a non-commercial product. 

SPECIAL PRE-PUBLICATION OFFER

A special VOUCHER to the value of A$5/US$5 will be included with all copies
of the Guide, for orders received by not later than Apr-30. This voucher
will be redeemable for any product or service offered by the Electronic DX
Press (EDXP) or the EDXP DX Radio Bookshop, ("Padula Books")  and will be
valid until 1999-Dec-31.  A complete Directory of items available will be
sent out with the Voucher. The voucher may also be used for payment towards
 the six-months' EDXP Registration Fee of US$5/A$10! The voucher cannot be
used to offset the purchase of the Guide itself.
