[HCDX]: VOA on 1413 kHz.

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine recently reported VOA on 1413 kHz in English at 1700 in
northern Tunisia.

This relay is listed nowhere and Kim Andrew Elliott himself says he doesn't
know the origin of the transmission.

Kim says there might have been a switching error in London and that the BBC
Oman relay carried the VOA instead of the World Service. I doubt it since
the signal was reported as very strong.

Does anyone out there no more about that outlet?
