[HCDX]: UNID on 1670

Hi,

excellent conditions on MW towards North America noted this morning. All the
usual suspects came in loud and clear. Interesting frequency was 1670, where
I heard an UNID station with a test-tape consisting of Country Music
soundbites, station-promos, sked etc. Station IDed as "16-70 AM" and "AM
16-70" only, no callsign heard. Format would be sports and CW.

Just a format or owner change of WNML or is this a test of WAWR Maryland?
Still yesterday I heard the usual "Sports Animal" stuff there.
