[HCDX]: Am cx and 1521

I agree with the WA1ION observation,
last night brought good conditions on the BCB side with
1521 Khz Saudi Arabia over near local WWKB 1520 at 0130 in AA ,
though this winter was not exceptional for Trans Atlantic AM DX,
it appears to be finishing off with a bang.
