[HCDX]: CW Beacon in 1700 kHz...

Hi Fellows:

Today, 05 April, early of morning - 07:31 UTC I heard a CW
beacon on 1700 kHz, sending CRW. The signal was very weak
with static and some QRM from AM stations.

Can you help me to identify that beacon????
