[HCDX]: Radio Rwanda address

Hi,

I'm looking for the correct mailing address for Radio Rwanda. In find two
P.O. Boxes (83 and 404 in Kigali) listed in two different frequency guides.
Which one is correct? Thanks in anticipation.
