So far, have heard 17 X-banders and have QSLd 16 (only KCJJ has not
responded). Congrats on hearing 23! You are in "luck" living in Oregon when
frequencies such as 1620 started with Atmore, AL then activated westward to
Indiana and then California. Being in New York, that frequency seemed to
stop at Indiana for me. Hi! And, of course, the Virgin Is. hasn't come on
yet, the one I was hoping for to be first.
Keep up the good work on your totals.

Hi:

How many MW DXers are going after the X Band stations? If not you are
sure missing some good ones. Tonight, living on the Oregon coast I tuned
from WPHG-1620-AL, KCJJ-1630, IA, WMDM-1690-MD, etc. It is pretty easy
to hear stations all over the country on a nightly basis. Tonight I can
hear about 19 out of the 23 stations operating on the X Band! If you are
not DXing the X Band, go for it!!! You are missing alot.
