You was really lucky, Pentti!
A friend of mine visited the station in summer 1998 to try to get a
verification for a report of mine. He was told to come again the next day
to meet someone of the English service. When he came the next day, he was
not allowed to pass the entrance, the woman at the entrance was quite
unfriendly and not willing to help in any way.
The written report he left at the station was not answered until now...

So congrats to you!
