Some weeks ago I got a "written QSL" with help of an international aid
worker I
happen to know on spot in Bishkek. She went to the station with my reception
report, which they signed. V/s name unreadable, no official stamp, which they
did not have. In fact, both station and country is in a poor state, so any
reply should be regarded as a fine Extra.
