RE: [HCDX]: Voice of the Mediterranean on strange freq.

Further to the information below, I checked 12160 at 19 UT (13 April).
Very nice signal in English from the VoM. About 50 km from the coast,
I'm using an HF-150 with a variety of external antennas. I also listened
to 11410, and this was occuped by a digital (utility) signal.

This looks like the only active site left for VOM -- unofficial -- and
this is the schedule page:
http://www.woden.com/~falcon/schedule.html. The old official site at
http://www.vol.net.mt/com/vom/ doesn't work anymore. The new official
page has nothing on it at the moment: http://www.vom-malta.org.mt/.

Does anybody have a frequency list for VoM - Malta ? I heard them today
from around 1945 UTC on 11410 kHz in English. Looks like it is not
their
official frequency. At 2200 UTC they announced a frequency list in
Arabic... Another strange thing is that I heard another weak station on
the
same channel. Is this a spurious products from their regular
transmission
on 12060 kHz from a CIS-transmitter ?
