I've received a couple of confirmations that it is indeed Antigua signing
on at 0900 over the CBC station on 6160 khz, thanks guys.
Seems to me that this is not such a great path for covering Africa at that
time, (all daylite morning early afternoon path) but I've seen stranger
things.
