Jerry, DW announces the Antigua site at sign-on. If you checked the DW
Web site and look further, you'll see 6160 is intended for Asia and the
Pacific, not for Africa.

same kind of beam from Bonaire to Australia during the early morning
hours in North America.

I've received a couple of confirmations that it is indeed Antigua
signing
on at 0900 over the CBC station on 6160 khz, thanks guys.
Seems to me that this is not such a great path for covering Africa at
that
time, (all daylite morning early afternoon path) but I've seen stranger
things.
