[HCDX]: LRA36 Radio Nacional Arcangel San Gabriel Technical problems

I talked some moments ago on the phone with Gabriel Ivan Barrera in relation
to the emission of LRA36 Radio Nacional Arcangel San Gabriel announced for
May 1 at 2330 UTC and there is informed me that there is was speaking with
the Esperanza Base (Argentine Antarctic Territory) the emission is delayed
by technical problems and it will leave to the air once solved the
inconveniences.
