I know about the quick ID's. There seems to be a trend by many 
stations to de-emphasize ID's.  Many stations not just Radio Disney 
re-broadcasters, do a quick ID, like 2 or 3 seconds fast at a time 
other than the TOH.  If the signal fades during that time, you have 
no chance picking it out.
