[HCDX]: Grayland 99 and unid.

Greetings, having just returned from Greyland, WA.  It has been an honour
to be able to DX with such an esteemed group of experts.  A humbling
experience!  Anyways, fantastic DX on MW and on Shortwave.  Surf over to:

UNID  3881  The Grayland group discovered this very powerful station,
tune-in from about 0830 or so, to fade out after 1300.  Rock steady
frequency, and excellent modulation.  Oriental language.  Somewhat strident
in delivery.  Unable to find any parallels.  Suspect highly that this is a
Korean, but can someone confirm.  None of our references mentioned this
frequency.  Peaked with local dawn at about 1230.  (Salmaniw, David Clark
