[HCDX]: DX TIP WDXR (CKJS)

r 810 KHZ - CKJS - MB, WINNIPEG, may have been the one logged 7/11 at
0430 EDT in EE with weather forecast, High of 27 degrees, no ID possible
too weak. But who else giving C temps in EE, off Eastern Beverage, KGO
off. Tentative taped report sent. (PM-OR)

810 KHZ - WGY - NY, SCHENECTADY, fair on top at times with "810-WGY" and
"WGY News" IDs at 0406 EDT 7/11. Seems to be common when KGO is off.
