[HCDX]: UNID on 4788

Hello DXers,

4788, UNID LA-station, July 25, 0030-0050, slow LA songs, sometimes male
voice; signal too weak for ID.

I presume Emisora Ballivian, San Borja, Bolivia. Did someone else listen to
that station recently?
