[HCDX]: ADMIN: new adsl line is in

Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that Hard-Core-DX is now running
behind ADSL line. This should mean significantly faster delivery times
to all emails coming from the list. Of course, all emails still must be
approved manually and that is still usually biggest delay in the chain.
