[HCDX]: QSL received

Today I received after 16 years finally a QSL letter from
Radio Popular de Independiente-Cuenca-Ecuador-4800 Khz.
Over the years I did send many follow ups without any result,
a few months ago the dutch embassy has helped me to QSL,for
them it was also not easy,but I was lucky to get the QSL.
So this is really a very hard to QSL station.
