[HCDX]: KRZI-1660 Waco

Word today is that KRZI 1580 in Waco will be on the air on 1660 within the 
next 2 weeks.  The transmitter building is built and the tower is half-way 
up.  The ground system is already installed.  I'm not sure what the calls 
will be on 1660 or what they'll do with 1580.  They say they'll be on the air 
in time for the Baylor University Football season - which is 2 weeks away.
