[HCDX]: R Veronica QRT

I just heard the sign off of Radio Veronica at 16:00 UTC on 1224 kHz.  A few
moments later Q Radio signed on with clearly noticeable stronger signal.
So, this must be the 50 KW transmitter at Pampus Eiland that is again on the
air.
