They speak Portuguese in Brazil, don't they? ;-)  The program I listened to
was in Spanish, so I'm pretty certain it was Radio Mil.
BTW, I also log Radio Inconfidencia on the same QRG, but usually it fades
out earlier than Radio Mil.
