[HCDX]: V of Palestine

Does anyone know the address (e-/snail) to the programme "Voice of
Palestine", which is broadcast via various transmitters in the Middle East.
I heard it yesterday with good signal on 1080 kHz at 2030, probably via
Abadan, Iran.
