Sorry Joachim about the confusion. Obviously Mauno is the expert 
here, and this is probably Tanzania according to his observations. I 
have heard both African music, CNN news and Country Hits USA/The New 
VOA Music Mix on this station. Due to the first detail, I think it is 
highly unlikely that this might be coming from the Ukraine. Does 
Tanzania appear on 1377 in recent WRTH issues? It did not in the last 
one I have, dating back to 1996!
