here in central Europe we have now the autumnal openings to Asia in the late
afternoon on the tropical bands. Together with the usual local stations from
India and Pakistan I could observe the following ones:


INDONESIA

3976.1  RRI Pontianak, October 11, 1535-1545, BI, man talking and slow
singing.  SINPO 23322

4003.2  RRI Padang, October 11, 1530-1535, BI, man talking (seemed to be
local news, Padang often mentioned).  SINPO 23322

4753.3  RRI Ujung Pandang, October 11, 1545-1550, BI, pop songs.  SINPO
22322

5040  RRI Pekanbaru, October 11, 1550-1555, BI, man talking, ID,  station
closing down, sign off at 1555.  SINPO 23322


MALAYSIA

4845  RTM Kuala Lumpur (presumed), October 11, 1520-1525, Indian sounding
music under carrier.  O=1-2


NEPAL

5005  Radio Nepal, October 11, 1510-1520, Nepali music, nx at 1515.  SINPO
33433


THAILAND

4830  Radio Thailand, October 11, 1500-1510, Thai, news, song.  SINPO 34423
