[HCDX]: RSA Bandscan soon ready

Hello folks..

Thanks to some assistance from John Plimmer, the RSA MW bandscan should be
ready soon.

I have a list of those who requested one but if there's any more, plse let
me know.

It will be done on MS Excel. I can't vouch for its complete 100% accuracy as
I don't have up-to-date info on some of the locals but at least it will be
of some help (I hope!)

Some stations (esp.  Arabic speaking) I have been unable to ID yet. Perhaps
someone will be able to shed some light on these...
