Some Latvian stations broadcast Parliament session reports on Thursdays
beginning at 0700 (time varies).  (as stated in WRTH '99)I think that's what
You heard.
The other station on the fqy was broadcasting the usual 1 st programme and
the other this Parliament report.
So no regional - unfortunately.

p.s. I happened to log LITHUANIA (with 2nd programme) back on 1107 kHz,
yesterday on 21st of September at 1400 UTC.  No trace of it in the evening,
though.

p.s. 2 The Dutch 'Q The Beat' on 1224 kHz, has been very irregular, being
off most of the last week, thus leaving the frequency comfortably free for
COPE -spaniards...
