I had similar problems with my 2010 a few years ago. Besides the memory
getting lost I was also getting intermittent power loss for the whole
receiver. I wound up opening up the rig, and disconnecting all the small plugs
between circuit boards that I could get at, and then reconnecting them. I've
not had any problems of any kind with the receiver since then.
