Hi, 
I use allways a small DCF 77.5 handy radio clock, like cigarette pocket
size, even during HAM operator contest on the Bavarian mountains up to 2000
metres ASL.

My AOR 7030 has a delay of 55 seconds behind UTC, after one month or so.
