[HCDX]: Question: ARG-Feeder...

Hi list,

today between 0800 and 1200 UTC I heard an ARG-Feeder
at 20276 LSB with SINPO 45544.
ID was audible from Radio Continental but normally they're using 15820.
Is it possible that different stations are using the same feeder ?
Do they cooperate with each other when making programmes ?
