[HCDX]: Address to French RSL

Hello,
is there anyone who knows where to get addresses to French ?RSL?
stations sometimes transmitting on 1062 and 1080 kHz?
The one actual to me just now is the one that identified itself as
?Fréquence Commune? on 1062 kHz shortly befor Christmas.
Sitting with a report of reception it would be nice to have somewhere to
send it...
