[HCDX]: 981 Unid

Hi all members,


On 981 Khz I heard for me a strange Unid at 2300UTC and SIO 222.
It was posible a AFN programme what I heard:
"Attention all citizens to get your ......holders
contact the Radio Sarab (station name something like that) 
........ department, Radio Sarab bring your messages to
people......at work home........available..........
(the lost into QRM).
Station name can be of course different, but it was american
english I am sure of that.
Any suggestions MW freaks out there?
(The station was a little under 981 Khz: 980.97.)
