[HCDX]: Tatarstan

Heard this today again, inaudible on 15105 at sign/on 0500 UTC, but was
up at weak level at 0520. If anything faded slightly from there to
fadeout at 0600. That seems to be the best opportunity from Australia,
the 0700-0800 broadcast appears inaudible as does the later one.

Also Radio Free London on now at 0845 UTC, weak on 15060.24 but it is
possible to make out what is being said and the songs.
