Hello,

Heard this Sunday morning on 7160 kHz an English speaking station with fair
signal about 0910 UTC untill 0922 when TWR Monte Carlo sign on on the same
frequency. It was broadcasted a story about R. Caroline. Could this be an
unlisted broadcast of SWRS although they announced another frequency
(11470) for this Sunday. However this frequency inside the official  41
metre broadcasting band would be unusual for a pirate station as well for
US Stations (7100-7300 kHz not allocated for Western Hemisphere).
