[HCDX]: What is on 1630 kHz?

Hi,
does anybody know what is the source of portions of quickly repeated tones
on 1630 kHz audible here in Europe?
I got a feeling that sometimes I heard 4 and sometimes 5 tones.
The signal was strong when I was listening in Denmark, but here in the
middle of Europe it is quite weak.
