I got a qsl from Radio A.N.D.E.S. after the closure and move to the new
Radio ?MALLKU?, written on a paper with the letterhead of ?MALLKU? as
was the envelope. Verisigner was Erwin Freddy Mamani Machaca,
Responsable de Programación (as he also was on A.N.D.E.S.), and the
address is
Radio Emisora ?MALLKU?, La Voz de los Trabajadores Campesinos del
Altiplano Sud,

Uyumi, Potosi
Bolivia
