I know Radio Belize has not used SW since before my
visit to the station in December 1987.  Another
explantation, besides an outdated listing, is that
perhaps Radio Belize continues to officially list the
old SW frequency of 3285, even though it hasn't been in
use for over a decade. The quoted webpage may simply be
taking 'official' records for their sources.
