[HCDX]: Radio Caiari

I sent a report last September to Radio Caiari, Brazil using the address
in Passport of CP 104, 78900-000 Porto Velho.

It has just found its way back to me stamped "A O REMETENTE" and "CAIXA
POSTAL CANCELAD"

Any suggestions for a better mailing address would be appreciated.
