[HCDX]: 3 strange tones on 1584 kHz

Hi,
this morning (FEB 24, 0700 UTC) I heard 3 tones on 1584 kHz, repeated on and
on.
The tones (low-middle-high) were weak under several stations on this
european graveyard channel.
They were similar to our phone line tones that are accompanied by
announcement saying "This number does not exist".
