[HCDX]: 5969.55

Yesterday 24th feb at 2345 and 5969.55 Khz I heard a rare logged station
Gannan PBS, signal was very weak, I heard nice Instrumental music and
chineese talks, station is a from WRTH normal on 5970 so It was drifting
a little, I noted SIO 242.
