[HCDX]: Heilongjiang 4840 kHz still active?

Hi,
last winter I found a reception window of the chinese Heilongjiang
transmitter on 4840 kHz in the second half of February when it was audible
between ca. 2200-2300 fade out (2200-2230 local program, 2230-2300 relay of
CNR 1).
This year the frequency is empty (well, I do not try it every day, but I did
not do it last year too...).
Did anybody hear the station recently?
