[HCDX]: Music on 1566 kHz

Hi,
before the County Sound Radio occupies 1566 kHz, I would like to find the
source of the weak signal with continuous music I hear on this frequency at
2300...2400... UTC. They seem to play various sorts of music each night
(rock, jazz, oldies - always one style only), usually without announcements
and breaks at 2400 UTC. Once I heard very short announcements by a man
between songs.

BTW - this winter I do not hear AIR on this frequency at all! Last winter I
heard it many times, until their sign off at 0040 UTC.
