URUGUAY/MW STN OWNER KILLED:

Julio Cesar Da Rosa, journalist and owner of 1490 CV149 Emisora del Centro,
Baltasar Brum, Dept. of Artigas was assasinated on Feb 23 by an ex-official
of the local village "Junta" (Council), who afterwords commited suicide. The
killer was obviously offended by editorial comments made by Da Rosa over the
microphone, in the past. The case has no antecedents in this country.
