[HCDX]: Shorwave activity from Mozambique?

Hello,

With the current flood disaster in Mozambique, I was wondering if anyone has
up-to-date info about Shortwave transmissions from the country. I sometimes
hear signals on 3210 and around 3274 kHz. Are there more active frequencies?
