[HCDX]: Radio Voice of Sharia new language

Afghan state Radio Voice of Sharia from today will broadcast in Russian in
addition to Dari, English, Pashto, Turkmen, Urdu and Uzbek. Exact time and
frequency in the 41 m.b. are unknown yet. (Russian daily newspaper
"Kommersant", March 7th).
