[HCDX]: DXLD 00-38 correxion: Austria

AUSTRIA. Correxion to item in DXLD 00-38: Both Hans-Joachim Koch and I 
messed up the frequency computation. His original report says 13720 minus 
6145 = 7575 (NOT 7570). But it should be 13730 minus 6155 = 7575. Sorry,
