The past couple of mornings have been exceptional for tropical band
openings.  But while tuning above the tropical band to 8725 at 1115 till
past 1215 utc noted a loop tape playing a tune which could be an interval
signal.  Anyone have an idea of what this is.  Fades down to just above
noise floor around 1215.  Nothing else heard during this time period but the
tune.
