[HCDX]: Columbian station on 5020 kHz

On Sunday morning at 04.00 UTC, I've heard on 5020 kHz a columbian station
with an Id: "Radio Universidade, Colombia (?) Stereo, La Voz del ?, Caracol,
Colombia". In WRTH (from 1998) and "Sender + Frequenzen" (2000) is on this
frequency only Ecos del Atrato. New station or do they have changed the
name? Any information of QSL-cards from this station?
