For the past 3 weeks, PNGs heard here in S. East PA have been fantastic but
for some reason really poor this morning.  Most mornings 3395 heard clearly
which is rather rare.  Even Solomon Islands has been blasting in.  I don'tg
get it.  High solar numbers I thought meant poor tropical reception.
